What We Offer
Refinishing of bodies and necks with nitrocellulose paint: we apply 100% nitro paint and a relic effect to create a realistic vintage look, with special attention to detail.- Preparation of the body and/or neck, including possible removal of the existing finish

- Relic process, made by hand. We can also create cracks on the paint (for an additional cost)
How It Works
Purchase the desired service for your instrument, body, or neck on our website. Ship it to us with your preferred courier. Our experts will carefully apply the desired finish with precision and passion. Each instrument and part will be treated with the utmost attention to detail to ensure an impeccable result.
At the end of the process, we will send you photos of the result, so you can approve it before the shipment or, if needed, request small modifications (if possible).
Note: Currently, this service is available only for shipments from Italy and the European Union.

Terms and conditions
Notes
Each finishing is the result of long craftsmanship work. Therefore, each body and neck will have our signature as the executors of the finish (on the neck pocket or in the body cavities).
Please note that if you choose to add cracks to your nitro finish, we cannot control their shape as they are naturally formed.
We do offer nitro finishes completely without relic. Nitro lacquer is very delicate and tends to wear easily, making it difficult to guarantee a perfect glossy result like with a polyurethane finish. However, we can always do a very very light relic.
We do not do relic jobs on pre-existing finishes, as it is difficult to determine the type of paint that was used, and therefore we cannot guarantee a realistic relic result.
To have an indication on how we consider the different degrees of relic jobs, you can check our Aging Degrees Gallery. In any case, if you want, you can send us reference picturesof a relic job that you like, and we’ll do it as close as possible.
Shipping
Shipping costs both ways are at your expense.
You can send us the item via your preferred courier, within ten (10) working days from the date of your order. Be sure to pack it properly to prevent any damage; keep in mind that any damages caused during shipping are not our responsibility. Please also note that, once the work is completed, the item will be returned to you with the same packaging you used
If you send an item to be worked on by us without having made the purchase for the desired work through our website or without having reached a prior agreement with us, we reserve the right to retain your item until the processing terms are agreed upon and payment has been completed.
For the return shipping, we will use one of our couriers (DHL, UPS, SDA, BRT, DPD, or TNT), and the shipping costs will be added to the total amount of your order. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package caused by the courier. Our packages are not insured, but, if you wish, you can request us to insure your package at an additional cost.
Completed works will be shipped within five (5) business days from the completion date, provided full payment has been received. Once the work is completed, we will send you pictures so you can approve it before the shipping.
If we do not receive a response from you within thirty (30) calendar days, we will ship the item as shown in the photos, provided full payment has been received. If we have not received full payment, instead, the item will be retained for another thirty (30) calendar days; if we still don’t receive a response and the payment is not completed within tis timeframe, the item will be put up for sale, and any partial amount already paid will not be refunded.
Payments
On our website you can make payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or bank transfer. PayPal also offers you the option of splitting the payment in 3 interest-free instalments.
If you choose bank transfer method, the payment must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of your order. If you do not make the transfer within that timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled, and, if you have already shipped your item, we will return it only upon payment of the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
For refinishing orders, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to inform us of your decision to cancel the work. If you notify us within this timeframe, we will refund the amount paid and return the item to you, but retaining the return shipping costs and any PayPal or bank fees that were charged to us.
If instead more than 14 days have passed, we might have already started the work, and so we will retain 50% of the total amount of your order for the inconvenience caused. If the work has already started, it is not possible to restore the item to its original state. We will return the item to you without any further cost on your part.
